1. Service

These Terms govern your use of Notavy at notavy.app. Notavy is a SaaS tool that helps professionals generate AI-written reply suggestions to customer reviews (Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, etc.). You remain in control of what you publish.

3. Access & credits

Access requires an account. New users receive 3 free credits (3 generations = 9 reply options). One credit is used per new review and gives you 3 reply options (warm, formal, SEO). As long as the review (and business type / rating) stay the same, you can regenerate as many times as you like without using another credit.

Credits are sold in packs (see Pricing). No automatic subscription. Prices in EUR; VAT not applicable (French small-business regime). Payments via Stripe; we do not store card details.

4. Refunds

Credits are digital content supplied upon payment. You waive any statutory right of withdrawal where applicable. No refunds after credits are delivered, except for technical failure on our side or at our discretion. Contact us for any issue.

5. Use & AI content

Use the service lawfully and only for replying to your own business reviews. Do not circumvent credits or security. You are solely responsible for reviewing and publishing any reply; we do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions.

We may suspend or delete accounts in case of abuse.

6. Liability & IP

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for how you use published replies. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the credits concerned. All rights in the service (code, design, brand) remain ours.

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy (GDPR applies).

7. Law & changes

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes: contact us first; otherwise competent French courts. We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of use applies. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
